is a Belgian collaborative platform that allows individuals to indirectly finance personal and professional projects.
Until now, individual customers and investors on the platform, had to make a transfer to top up their account in order to invest. This complicated the process and prevented immediate investment when they created their investor account. To facilitate investment on the platform, mozzeno.com decided to integrate one of the online payment solutions offered by Digiteal.

«We wanted to avoid our clients having to make a transfer in the traditional way with all the difficulties and risk of error that this can cause: forgetfulness, manual copy of the number, error in communication…. This online payment also allows our investors to invest immediately in the projects of their choice. Indeed, their investor account is immediately provisioned. This is particularly important for projects with high demand where the delay of the wire transfer may simply prevent an investor from investing.
Apart from the fact that we appreciate the Digiteal project as a whole, two elements guided our choice: a model based on a fixed fee per transaction (and not a percentage), and the fact that this fee is not deducted from the transaction itself, which simplifies our accounting.»
